Clever Culture Systems Ltd (ASX: CC5) has appointed PSC Biotech Corporation as the Sales Agent for its APAS® Independence system in the pharmaceutical manufacturing markets of the United States, Canada, and Singapore. This partnership aims to extend CCS's sales reach beyond its current focus on the top-20 global pharmaceutical companies, targeting regional, medium, and large pharmaceutical manufacturers. PSC Biotech will leverage its established customer relationships to identify new sales opportunities, creating a complementary sales channel to CCS's direct 'Land & Expand' strategy. PSC Biotech will receive a commission on hardware sales, while CCS retains control of sales closure, instrument pricing, and all recurring software and service revenue. The partnership is expected to generate a meaningful increase in qualified sales opportunities over the next 12 months.

APAS® Independence instrument sales expected to increase from FY28
