Mayne Pharma Group Limited (ASX: MYX) announced that the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal filed by Cosette, affirming the initial decision that no material adverse change occurred and no misleading conduct was engaged by Mayne Pharma. The Court awarded Mayne Pharma its costs of the appeal, which are yet to be determined. Cosette has until November 11, 2026, to seek special leave to appeal to the High Court. Mayne Pharma remains committed to pursuing claims against Cosette for damages.
