Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) has completed the divestment of its 100% interest in the Kookynie Gold Project to Goldarc Resources Limited (ASX:GA8) for a total consideration of approximately $2.5 million. The divestment includes the issuance of 21,428,571 Goldarc shares at $0.07 per share and contingent consideration of up to $1.0 million based on future milestones. This strategic move allows Regener8 to concentrate on its flagship Srebrenica North silver-zinc-lead-antimony project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
