The company stated that it is not aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market and which could explain the recent trading activity. However, the company acknowledges that the recent announcement from Alphabet (Google's parent entity) regarding the unveiling of a new generation chip that helped overcome a key challenge in quantum computing has led to increased investor interest, with US quantum computing stocks and quantum ETFs trading up materially. Archer Materials is the only known quantum computing technology company listed on the ASX. The company confirmed that it is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, particularly Listing Rule 3.1, and that the response has been approved by its board.
