Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS) has announced the completion of the Share Sale Agreement for CMP Consulting Group Pty Ltd (CMP). The completion is effective from 1 December 2024. Further details of the acquisition were previously announced on 13 September 2024. Vysarn is also pleased to announce that CMP has been awarded a Shared Purchasing Professional Service Contract with Sydney Water Corporation to provide design services to Major Projects. The contract is in the form of a master services agreement under which Sydney Water Corporation may engage CMP to provide design services. The initial term of the contract runs to 30 June 2027.
