The trading halt has been requested pending the release of an announcement by the company to the market relating to a capital raise. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the company has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as it expects to make an announcement to the market regarding the planned capital raise. The company has requested the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 19 December 2024, or when the announcement regarding the capital raise is released to the market.
