Field Solutions Holdings Ltd (ASX: FSG) has requested a voluntary suspension of its ordinary securities on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), effective immediately. The suspension has been requested as the company is not yet in a position to make an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising. The company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 23 December 2024 or until the release of the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising. The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension. The company has not yet concluded the proposed capital raising.
