Skin Elements Ltd (ASX: SKN) has requested an immediate trading halt of its securities listed on the ASX, pending an announcement regarding a court application and a capital raising. The company has noted that it has made an application to the court regarding rectification of a technical compliance issue in relation to the appointment of its auditor and the validity of cleansing notices issued under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The trading halt is requested to continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement or the commencement of trading on Friday, 20 November 2024.
