Full Summary

Antipa Minerals Ltd has announced the successful completion of a A$16 million equity placement to new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement will see the introduction of several long-only specialist North American resources institutions to Antipa's register, providing a strong endorsement of the company and its exceptional portfolio of exploration and development assets in the Paterson Province of Western Australia. Existing shareholder and highly regarded resources investor, Lion Selection Group, also increased its holding by a further A$1 million. The placement proceeds, combined with Antipa's existing A$23 million cash reserves, will be used to advance the 100%-owned Minyari Dome Project through technical study phases, culminating in a final investment decision on the development. This includes completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study and Definitive Feasibility Study, as well as mineral resource definition and extensional drilling, and additional new discovery-focused drilling on brownfield and greenfield targets. In conjunction with the equity raise, Antipa's board has proposed a 10:1 consolidation of the company's issued capital to enhance the market appeal of its securities globally. The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting scheduled for 21 February 2025.

Outlook

The A$16 million placement and proposed share consolidation will provide Antipa with additional financial strength to unlock further exploration discoveries, advance the Minyari Dome Project toward a potential development decision, and retain the flexibility to respond to and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the highly prospective Paterson Province.
