Cardiex Ltd has released a Cleansing and Options Prospectus, offering 1,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.05 per Share (Cleansing Offer) and 36,111,112 Quoted Options on the basis of one (1) free-attaching Quoted Option for every one (1) Placement Share subscribed for and issued under the Placement (Placement Options Offer). The Prospectus has also been prepared for the purposes of section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act, to remove trading restrictions on Shares that may be issued prior to the Closing Date. The Offer under this Prospectus closes at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday 31 December 2024, with the Company reserving the right to extend the Closing Date.
