Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) has formally completed the acquisition of 100% of semiconductor IP business 2D Generation Ltd ('2DG'). All securities relating to the acquisition have now been issued, with the majority of shares issued to 2DG shareholders escrowed for 6 to 24 months. 2DG's founder and CEO, Arye Kohavi, will join the Adisyn board as a non-executive director. 2DG has developed a patented solution allowing graphene coating at sub-300 degrees Celsius, a breakthrough that enables the next generation of semiconductors with improved performance, miniaturization, power efficiency, and computational power. Adisyn is now preparing for an exciting 2025 as it looks to advance the newly acquired semiconductor technology, including further development and refinement using 2DG's current Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) machine, taking delivery of the latest Beneq ALD, working closely with leading semiconductor companies, identifying and developing additional applications, and engaging experienced semiconductor personnel to accelerate the interconnect and other opportunities.
