Praemium Ltd reports Q2 FY2025 update

Praemium Ltd has reported its funds and flows for the quarter ended 31 December 2024. Total funds under administration (FUA) reached a record $62.1 billion, up 29% from the prior corresponding period. The company's platform FUA grew 32% to $30.2 billion, with the new Spectrum platform contributing $72 million in inflows. The Praemium SMA scheme, the company's cornerstone product, achieved quarterly net inflows of $261 million, the best result in nine quarters. In the calendar year to 31 December 2024, net inflows of $829 million represented approximately 8% of opening FUA. The Powerwrap business improved its gross and net flows from existing clients, more than offsetting non-systemic outflows associated with transitioning advisers. OneVue, acquired in April 2024, added $4.1 billion in FUA at acquisition and grew to $4.2 billion at 31 December 2024, including a $37 million net outflow for the quarter. Praemium is on-track with synergies realisation, technology and product transition, and transitional services. The Scope+ non-custodial Portfolio Administration and Reporting Service also saw strong growth, reaching $31.9 billion in FUA, up 26% from the prior corresponding period.
