Mayfield Declares Special and Interim Dividends
- Special dividend of $5 million, or 5.3 cents per share
- Interim dividend of 1 cent per share for H1 FY2024
- Robust cash flow and healthy balance sheet enable shareholder returns
Mayfield Group Holdings Limited has declared a special dividend of $5 million, or 5.3 cents per share, in addition to an interim dividend of 1 cent per share for the half-year ending on 31 December 2024. This decision reflects the company's exceptional financial performance and its confidence in its ongoing growth. The special dividend is due to a substantial cash surplus exceeding operational requirements, with the company's unaudited cash reserve as of 31 December 2024 standing at $11.4 million. Managing Director Andrew Rowe commented that the strong operational results, robust cash flow generation, and healthy balance sheet have allowed Mayfield to return additional value to its shareholders, while maintaining the flexibility to reinvest in its long-term strategic initiatives. The Board expects the company to continue paying dividends to shareholders on a six-monthly basis, with all dividends to be fully franked for the foreseeable future.
