Prophecy and Securonix enter into Global Reseller Agreement
- Prophecy signs 3-year global reseller agreement with US-based SIEM leader Securonix
- Existing and new Securonix customers can purchase Prophecy's Snare solution
- Prophecy expects the partnership to generate over $1M in new ARR in the first 12 months
Prophecy International Holdings Ltd (ASX: PRO) has announced a global reseller agreement with Securonix, Inc., a US-based leader in cloud-native Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). The strategic partnership will see Securonix resell Prophecy's Snare cybersecurity solution to its customers and partners, to enhance their endpoint data collection and increase visibility through Securonix's AI-reinforced cloud SIEM platform. Multiple Snare products, including Agents, Agent Management and Reflector, will be made available to Securonix's customer base, which span a broad range of industry sectors and geographies. The subscription model adopted under the partnership is priced per end point managed rather than based on the volume of data ingested, providing Prophecy with a significant revenue opportunity without the need to complete conventional buying cycles. Securonix will provide its existing customers the option to migrate from their existing third-party solution and onto Snare as their subscriptions expire over the first 12 months from the commencement of the partnership, and will give new customers the option to purchase Snare. Prophecy CEO, Brad Thomas, said the partnership significantly expands the company's reach to new customers within its target geographies and sectors, and that Prophecy looks forward to helping Securonix equip organizations with the tools they need to counter evolving cyber threats more effectively.
The company expects the partnership to generate over $1M in new ARR over the course of the first 12 months of the agreement.
