Radiology Tech Firm Pro Medicus Scores Big with $40M Contract

Pro Medicus Limited has landed a major win, signing a 7-year, $40 million contract with leading US radiology provider LucidHealth. The deal will see Pro Medicus' cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform, including the Visage 7 Viewer, implemented across LucidHealth's network of over 140 care sites.

This is a significant expansion for Pro Medicus in the US market. LucidHealth employs more than 300 radiologists and provides specialized remote and on-site radiology services. Implementing the Visage 7 platform will give LucidHealth a unified diagnostic imaging solution to support its clinically integrated radiology network.

Washington H. Soul Pattinson Reduces Stake in Perpetual

Diversified investment group Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Company Ltd. has reduced its stake in fund manager Perpetual Limited. Soul Pattinson unwound all of its short equity derivative positions that were hedging its Perpetual exposure. It also physically settled a swap, delivering 1 million Perpetual shares.

As a result, Soul Pattinson's long holding in Perpetual has been reduced to 8.46%, with 5.36% held directly in shares. The company has filed the required notice of change in substantial holding.

FBR Partners with Liebherr to Establish US Assembly Plant

Construction technology firm FBR Limited has teamed up with Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH to set up a US assembly plant for FBR's Hadrian X® robotic bricklaying machines.

Under the agreement, Liebherr USA Co. will assist FBR's US subsidiary in localizing and assembling the Hadrian X® units, including mounting them on US truck bases. This is the first step towards establishing a complete Hadrian X® assembly facility in the US market.

Over time, FBR plans to move more robotic module and part manufacturing to the US, improving cost and time efficiencies, as well as simplifying servicing for US customers.

Acusensus Expands NSW Presence with New Contract

Vehicle safety technology company Acusensus Ltd has secured a new contract with Transport for NSW to provide mobile phone and seatbelt detection services across the state.

This builds on Acusensus' existing footprint in the NSW market, demonstrating the company's continued growth and success in delivering innovative road safety solutions.

IKE Inks Major Utility Contracts, Expects More

IKE, the PoleOS Company, has won two significant new multi-year software subscription contracts worth around NZ$3 million. This includes an agreement with a major US electric utility, where over 700 engineers will use IKE's Poleforeman platform for structural analysis and distribution asset design.

IKE expects to secure further substantial subscription contracts in the short to medium term, which could add around NZ$1 million in additional annual recurring revenue.
