The capital raising has attracted support from high-quality institutional investors, the first time in three years that institutional investors have joined the Stealth register. The raise also included participation from select sophisticated investors, further broadening and strengthening the company's shareholder base.
Funds raised will be deployed to support growth-focused initiatives aligned to Stealth's FY28 strategic target of $300 million in sales, including product expansion, marketplaces, and digital infrastructure. CEO Mike Arnold said the strong support is a clear endorsement of the company's strategy and growth potential, signaling a new chapter as Stealth accelerates its ambitions.
xReality Group Reports Strong Quarterly Results
xReality Group Limited (ASX:XRG) has reported a strong Q3 FY25, with cash receipts of $3.4 million driven by continued growth in its Operator XR enterprise software and entertainment businesses. Operator XR saw $1.5 million in sales for the quarter, while the entertainment division generated $1.9 million.
The company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased 17% quarter-on-quarter to $4.2 million, and Total Contract Value (TCV) grew 24% to $9.2 million year-to-date, up 124% on FY24. xReality also completed a balance sheet restructure, reducing total debt by 48%.
Looking ahead, the outlook remains positive, with 280 qualified and active sales opportunities and a $29.3 million total sales pipeline. The company is focused on accelerating AI implementation and securing its competitive edge in military and law enforcement training.
Alcidion Reports Strong Q3 FY25 Results
Alcidion Group Limited (ASX:ALC) has released its Q3 FY25 Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C, highlighting strong financial performance. Key points include:
- Q3 cash receipts of $13.1 million with positive operating cashflow of $2.5 million
- Q3 new TCV sales of $48.8 million, with $11.5 million expected to be recognized in FY25
- FY25 contracted (sold and renewal) revenue stands at $40.2 million at the end of Q3
Alcidion expects FY25 EBITDA to exceed $3.0 million and to deliver a positive full-year cashflow result. Heading into Q4, the company is confident of delivering a strong result that will see it cashflow positive for the full year FY25.
IKE Reports Strong 4Q and FY25 Performance
IKE Group Ltd reported continued strong performance in the fourth quarter and full year 2025, with significant growth across key metrics:
- 48% year-over-year increase in the exit run rate of annual platform subscription revenue, reaching NZ$17.6 million
- 19% growth in total recognized revenue to NZ$25.2 million
- Gross margin percentage improved to 69% from 60% in the prior year
IKE also received a non-binding acquisition proposal at NZ$1 per share, representing a 62% premium, but the board determined it was unlikely to secure sufficient shareholder support.
Looking ahead, IKE expects its annual recurring revenue (ARR) to continue increasing very strongly, at growth levels of 35% or greater in the 2026 financial year. The company remains well-positioned to capitalize on the large, long-term North American market opportunity.
DroneShield Reports Record Q1 2025 Revenue
DroneShield Limited (ASX:DRO) has reported its highest ever quarterly revenue of $33.5 million for Q1 2025, a 102% increase over Q1 2024. The company has already secured $94.4 million in committed revenue for 2025 delivery and maintains a strong cash balance of $197 million.
DroneShield's Q1 2025 SaaS revenues also surged 198% year-over-year to $1.67 million, and the company has a robust pipeline of $1.6 billion in opportunities, with the largest demand drivers being Europe, Ukraine, Asia, and the US.
