Articore Group Ltd Delivers Strong 1QFY26 Results
Articore Group Ltd has reported a stellar start to the financial year, delivering its first profitable quarter in four years. The company saw an 11% increase in gross profit after paid acquisition (GPAPA) and a remarkable $6.5 million EBIT turnaround. Despite the challenges of inflationary pressures and consumer uncertainty, Articore has stabilized its marketplace revenue decline and is pursuing multiple initiatives to drive profitable growth, including enhancing customer experience, introducing new artist fees, and investing in its Dashery platform. The group's new leadership is clearly making an impact, with back-to-back profitable quarters and positive cash flow positioning Articore well to capture significant upside as demand normalizes.

The Mungari mill project is on track for commercial production in October, and the Cowal Open Pit Continuation project is also advancing as planned, positioning Evolution for continued success.
Jumbo Interactive Expands into UK Prize Draw Market

The A$109.9 million deal provides Jumbo with a significant foothold in the UK and the opportunity to leverage its proven technology, marketing, and operational capabilities to support DCG's growth. For the 12 months ended April 2025, DCG generated A$118.2 million in Total Transaction Value, A$36.5 million in Revenue, and A$16.9 million in adjusted EBITDA.
