Activeport Group Announces Bonus Option Issue

Activeport Group Ltd has announced a pro-rata non-renounceable bonus issue of 1 new Bonus Option for every 5 Shares held by eligible shareholders. The Bonus Options have an exercise price of $0.04 and expire on 31 January 2028. This offer will not affect the control of the company or dilute the interests of non-participating shareholders, as it involves the issue of Options only. There will be no change to any shareholder's voting power as a result of the Bonus Options.

Caprice Commences Air Core Drilling at Island Gold Project

Caprice Resources has commenced the air core (AC) drilling component of its Phase 4 drilling campaign at the Island Gold Project. The AC program, part of a fully funded 20,000m drilling initiative, will target strike extensions to the Vadrians deposit and test parallel banded iron formations. Ground gravity modelling has identified high-priority targets for this AC drilling, which will complement the ongoing reverse circulation and diamond drilling across the project.
