Fiducian Group Faces ASIC Action, Centrepoint Alliance Forecasts Strong H1 FY26, Perseus Terminates Predictive Acquisition, DroneShield Secures $49.6M European Contract

Fiducian Group Ltd (ASX: FID) has provided an update on the civil proceedings commenced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) against its subsidiary Fiducian Investment Management Services Limited (FIMS). ASIC's claim alleges that the product disclosure statement of the Fiducian Diversified Social Aspirations Fund contained misleading statements and that FIMS failed to comply with the compliance plan of the Fund. Fiducian has filed a Defence in the proceedings and will continue to keep the market informed.

Centrepoint Alliance Ltd (ASX: CAF), a leading provider of advice and business services, has delivered a positive trading update. The company forecasts EBITDA of $6 million for the first half of FY26, a 13% increase on H1 FY25. Centrepoint has also increased its market ranking to number 2 licensee, driven by continued organic growth and adviser network expansion. For the full year, the company expects EBITDA to be at the top end of guidance, between $11.5 million and $12.0 million.

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) has terminated its acquisition offer for Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI) after Predictive accepted a revised merger proposal from Robex Resources Inc. While Perseus, as Predictive's largest shareholder, acknowledges the improved terms, the company believes the Robex merger remains inferior to its own proposal. In the absence of a change in the likelihood of the Predictive/Robex merger's success, Perseus does not intend to submit a revised proposal.

Lastly, DroneShield Limited (ASX: DRO) has received a $49.6 million contract from a European reseller for its counter-drone systems. A significant portion of the hardware is already on-the-shelf, and deliveries and payments are expected to be completed in Q1 2026. Over the past 3 years, DroneShield has received 15 contracts from this reseller totaling over $86.5 million.
