PLS Group Ltd caps off a stellar quarter with record production and strategic wins
Lithium producer PLS Group Ltd delivered impressive operational results for the September quarter, posting record production of 267.6kt and sales of 223.6kt. The company achieved an average realised price of US$1,809 per tonne (CIF China) while simultaneously driving down unit operating costs to $539/t—a significant win for operational efficiency. That performance translated into a hefty $392M cash margin from operations and $563M in revenue.
Beyond the numbers, PLS completed the restart of its Ngungaju plant and locked in a major strategic partnership. The company signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Fortescue that's expected to slash unit operating costs by $15-20 per tonne and dramatically reduce power-related emissions intensity by up to 80% by FY30. It's a deal that should prove strongly value accretive over the agreement's term, with the lower cost of power substantially offsetting the capital investment.
The company also got the green light for its P2000 Project, which aims to double production capacity. With a cash balance of A$2.217 billion at quarter end and a freshly completed US$700M Senior Unsecured Notes offering, PLS has the financial firepower to back these ambitions. Looking ahead, the company guided for FY27 production of 1,030-1,100kt and unit operating costs of A$575-625/t (FOB), with capital expenditure revised to A$1.130-1.195 billion.

With no competing proposals emerging in over four months, Frasers is urging shareholders to accept the offer and lock in immediate cash value for their shares.
SiteMinder charts ambitious growth trajectory
Hotel commerce platform SiteMinder delivered a strong FY26 marked by consistent performance, profitability, and meaningful progress on AI integration. The company's leadership highlighted how AI transformation is enhancing productivity and customer value across its platform, setting the stage for sustained expansion.
Looking forward, SiteMinder expects mid-20s compound annual growth rate for Annual Recurring Revenue and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion through FY30 on a constant-currency, organic basis. The company is focused on translating that growth and operational efficiencies into stronger margins and cash generation.
4DMedical scores major U.S. healthcare wins
Respiratory imaging specialist 4DMedical had a blockbuster quarter, securing a five-year agreement with a major U.S. Veterans Affairs healthcare network for COPD detection using its LDAi technology. The win gained further momentum when a bipartisan bill in the U.S. House of Representatives directed the VA to use 4D functional lung imaging.
On the commercial front, SimonMed completed a network-wide rollout of 4DMedical's CT:VQ and LDAf technologies across its U.S. imaging network, while Stanford Medicine renewed its software agreement. The company also landed a significant contract in Germany through contextflow for lung cancer screening. These wins helped drive record quarterly scan volume to 119,672, with the global install base expanding to 724 sites. Operating revenue hit $2.3 million for Q1 FY27, up 66% year-over-year, and 4DMedical is sitting on a healthy cash balance of $242.8 million.
Aeeris Ltd. completes strategic transformation
Software company Aeeris Ltd. wrapped up its planned exit from lower-margin, non-core contracts as part of its New Dawn strategy. While Annual Recurring Revenue dipped 1.4% year-over-year due to the removal of exited revenue, Annual Revenue per Customer climbed 10% year-over-year, reflecting a deliberate shift toward higher-value enterprise relationships.
Quarterly revenue came in at $975,191, up 10% quarter-over-quarter and 6.7% year-over-year. The company maintained a debt-free balance sheet with $1.02 million in cash at quarter end. With Q2 marking the start of severe weather season—historically a strong period for the business—Aeeris is focused on completing its commercial and technical repositioning, converting pipeline opportunities, and launching its new brand and tiered customer solutions.
