Alcidion Group Limited has announced that it has signed a new 10-year contract with North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) in the United Kingdom for the use of its Miya Precision platform to provide an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) to the Trust. The Miya Precision EPR will enhance digital maturity and support clinicians to deliver high-quality, safe patient care. Key benefits recognised by the Trust's EPR evaluation team include intuitive design, ease of use, and interoperability with specialist systems that NCIC wishes to retain. The full Miya Precision EPR will enable mobile working, streamline patient flow, support clinical decision-making processes, and provide clinicians with real-time access to a unified patient record. This agreement will extend Alcidion's footprint in the North East North Cumbria region, with another NHS Trust, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, currently using the Miya Precision Patient Administration System (PAS) module, and South Tees using the EPR platform. The Total Contract Value (TCV) is approximately ~$37.5M (£19.0M) over a total term of 10 years, with Alcidion expected to recognise $8.0M - $9.0M of this contract in FY25 dependent on progress against project implementation milestones.
