FBR Limited (ASX:FBR), a robotic technology company, has completed construction of a demonstration home for DiVosta homes, a subsidiary of U.S. builder PulteGroup, in Fort Myers, Florida. The home, part of the 'Mystique' series, is a single-storey structure built utilizing FBR's Hadrian X® technology. This achievement showcases FBR's capability to work with a tier 1 builder in the U.S. market, a key target for the company. FBR's Managing Director and CEO, Mike Pivac, commented that similar pain points around high demand for new homes and labor scarcity are being experienced by builders in the U.S. as they are in Australia.
