Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) has announced that its subsidiary, Austco Marketing & Service (USA), has been awarded a significant contract by Angeles Health System in Mexico to supply and implement advanced nurse call and infant protection systems across three of its flagship hospitals. The contract, valued at approximately AUD $3.4 million, includes the design, installation, and long-term support of Austco's state-of-the-art clinical communication solutions for Hospital Ángeles Andares, Hospital Ángeles Arboledas, and Hospital Ángeles Polanco. The multi-year agreement enhances Austco's presence in the Latin American healthcare market and highlights the company's commitment to delivering scalable, future-ready technology to global healthcare providers. Revenue recognition for the solution design and installation is expected to begin in FY25 and continue through FY27, with support revenues continuing into FY29. The agreement includes five years of remote global technical support, ongoing software updates, and comprehensive training for clinical users and biomedical engineering teams at each facility. The solutions to be implemented include Austco's market-leading Tacera Nurse Call platform with built-in Real-Time Location Services (RTLS), an integrated Infant Protection System for maternity and neonatal care, Application stations equipped with Workflow functionality to streamline clinical coordination, seamless integration with third-party platforms, and advanced server redundancy to guarantee uninterrupted, fault-tolerant system operation. Importantly, this project will not be affected by U.S. tariffs, as Austco's drop-shipping model enables direct shipments to Mexico, bypassing tariff-impacted routes and ensuring cost predictability and uninterrupted delivery.
