FOS Capital Limited (ASX: FOS) has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Aldridge Traffic Systems from the Traffic Technologies Ltd group (in Administration). The acquisition was funded through a single tranche placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, which raised A$3.7 million at an issue price of $0.30 per share. The funds raised were used to finance the acquisition, working capital, and the costs of the placement. The acquisition is expected to expand FOS's presence in the Australian lighting solutions market. FOS Managing Director, Con Scrinis, stated that the acquisition of Aldridge Traffic Systems is an attractively priced asset that the company can add significant value to and restore to its former position. FOS has achieved strong revenue and EBITDA growth since listing in June 2021 and is committed to increasing its market share from 5% to 15% in the medium-term through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, targeting an EBITDA margin exceeding 10%.
