Full Summary

Maronan Metals Limited (ASX: MMA) has released its June 2025 Quarterly Report, highlighting an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Maronan project in northwest Queensland. The updated MRE on the shallow Starter Zone has outlined a Total Inferred plus Indicated Silver-Lead MRE of 12.2 Mt at 5.0% lead and 112 g/t silver, including an Indicated Silver-Lead MRE of 5.3 Mt at 5.2% lead and 116 g/t silver. Additionally, a small Indicated Copper-Gold MRE of 1.6 Mt at 0.77% copper, 0.67 g/t gold and 10 g/t silver was outlined. The updated MRE has more than doubled the tonnage of the Indicated Silver-Lead MRE and identified near-surface Indicated Copper-Gold mineralization, both of which offer early development potential. These higher confidence tonnages represent less than 20% of the Maronan deposit's global Inferred plus Indicated MRE. Importantly, the strong geological and grade continuity of the mineralization has shown a near 100% conversion of resources from Inferred to Indicated category, increasing confidence in the larger resource base. Maronan Metals has also lodged a Mineral Development Licence application and an Environmental Authority application, progressing towards underground decline access and early mine development. A Preliminary Economic Assessment on the Starter Zone is anticipated in the coming quarter.

Outlook

Maronan Metals is focused on advancing the Maronan project, with a Preliminary Economic Assessment on the Starter Zone resource expected shortly. The company is also progressing the Mineral Development Licence and Environmental Authority applications, which are key steps towards underground decline access and early mine development.
