Stealth Group Holdings Ltd has reported its preliminary financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025. The company's revenue increased by 24.7% to $141.7 million, up from $113.7 million in the previous year. Profit after tax attributable to members also saw a significant jump of 130.3%, rising to $3.1 million from $1.4 million in the prior year. Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to 2.63 cents per share, up from 1.34 cents per share in the 2024 financial year. The company paid a dividend of $971,879 on 24 October 2024 and has now determined to pay a fully franked final dividend of $1,295,330 at a rate of $0.01 per share (2024 - $0.0084 per share). The record date for determining entitlements to the final dividend is 5:00 pm (AWST) on 7 October 2025. The company's net tangible assets per ordinary security increased to 5.87 cents per share as at 30 June 2025, up from 2.09 cents per share a year earlier.
