SIV Capital Ltd has released its quarterly cash flow report for the first quarter of the 2026 financial year. The report shows that the company had a negative net cash flow from operating activities of $110,000 during the quarter. This was primarily due to operational costs, legal costs, and other administrative expenses. The company had $8.067m in cash and interest-bearing deposits on hand at the end of the quarter. Payments to related parties of the entity and their associates, which were disclosed in item 6.1 of the Appendix 4C, related to the payment of directors' fees. There were no further changes to the update provided in the Chairman's Address tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 21 October 2025. As previously advised to the market, SIV Capital Limited's securities remain suspended from quotation on the ASX, with the company continuing to release periodic disclosure to ensure the market is fully informed.
