Stockland (ASX:SGP) has announced an estimated distribution for the six months to 31 December 2025 (1H26) of 9.0 cents per Ordinary Stapled Security. The Record Date for determining entitlement to the 1H26 distribution is Wednesday 31 December 2025, and the distribution payment will be made on Friday 27 February 2026. The announcement of Stockland's 1H26 financial results and lodgement of Appendix 4D will be made on Monday 16 February 2026, which will include details of the actual distribution for the six months to 31 December 2025. Stockland also announced that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) announced on 14 November 2024 will be in operation for this distribution period. Securityholders will be entitled to receive a full distribution and may elect to participate in the DRP for the full distribution or in part. Participating securityholders will receive a discount of 1.0 percent on the Ordinary Stapled Securities acquired under the DRP. The DRP Acquisition Price will be determined by the average of the daily volume weighted averages of the selling price of Stockland Stapled Securities, over a 15-day trading period immediately preceding and including 22 January 2026. Securityholders are required to nominate their election to participate in the DRP by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 30 January 2026.
