Ardea Resources Ltd is pleased to report on the key activities and progress made during the December 2025 Quarter for the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (KNP) - Goongarrie Hub. Highlights include the renewal of Major Project Status for the KNP by the Australian Federal Government, highlighting the Critical Mineral strategic importance of the project. Ardea remains in a strong financial position with $11.6M cash on hand and no debt, with the current Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) being solely funded by the Japanese Consortium to A$98.5M. The DFS has advanced substantially through CY2025, with several key design improvements, and it remains on schedule for completion in the first half of CY2026. Key activities during the quarter included zero lost time injuries, progress on the Mineral Resource Estimate and Ore Reserve, hydrogeological water bore and test pumping, additional heritage and environmental surveys, and finalisation of the DFS metallurgical testwork program. Ardea and KNPL also strengthened their ESG and approvals position, completing multiple heritage surveys, advancing environmental studies, and supporting community and cultural initiatives. The Kalgoorlie Nickel Project - Goongarrie Hub remains one of the world's most significant nickel-cobalt resource developments, strategically aligned with global demand for Critical Minerals and supply chain diversity and security.

The Definitive Feasibility Study for the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project - Goongarrie Hub is on track for completion in the first half of 2026. Ardea and its partners remain well-placed to unlock the full value of this world-class Critical Minerals asset.
