Locality Planning Energy Holdings Ltd (ASX: LPE) released its quarterly activities and cash flow report for the period ending 31 December 2025. The company announced that the Harbour Towers matter was resolved between the parties on a confidential basis, and the execution of a deed of settlement was signed on 5 January 2026. The financial impact will be reflected in the December 2025 financial report. LPE also launched its new national product, LPE Broadband, in December 2025, which broadens the company's service offering and supports its transition toward a scalable multi-utility platform. Additionally, the relocation to the new office at Level 6, 50 First Avenue, Maroochydore QLD 4558 is scheduled for completion in February 2026 and is expected to deliver future cost savings and improved staff engagement. The company's financial and operating performance for the quarter included receiving $3.4 million in Cost-of-Living and Concession Rebates, with a total of $5.1 million in rebates applied to customer invoices. Operating payments for the quarter were $10.0 million, $0.8 million ahead of the prior quarter, and payments are expected to continue to increase over the next quarter due to higher seasonal usage during summer. LPE maintained access to its $7 million undrawn facility with Roadnight Capital through to its expiry in March 2026 and secured a $3 million overdraft facility, which will remain in place until February 2026. The company continues to engage with major lenders to assess financing options that support both operational flexibility and future growth initiatives.
