Premier1 to Commence Drilling at High-Priority Mt Kersey Gold Prospect

Premier1 Lithium is pleased to announce the imminent commencement of a 3,700m RC drilling program at the Mt Kersey Gold Prospect, one of several highly prospective gold targets within its 100%-owned Yalgoo Gold Project in Western Australia. The Mt Kersey Prospect lies within a 5 square km zone of known gold mineralization, including the Wadgingarra Prospect where Premier1 has reported a Maiden Inferred Mineral Resource of 150kt at 2.7g/t Au for 13koz contained gold. The upcoming drilling program is designed to test the Mt Kersey target, which is characterized by a preserved 1km+ hydrothermal system with coincident gold and multi-element soil anomalies (Mo-Bi-Te-W-As). High-grade rock chip samples up to 26.4 g/t Au and 14.2 g/t Au have been collected from the prospect, highlighting its potential for higher-grade mineralization. With all necessary regulatory approvals and site preparations now complete, Premier1 is poised to commence drilling at Mt Kersey in mid-February 2026. The program will be supported by up to $180,000 in co-funding from the Western Australian Government's Exploration Incentive Scheme, as well as an existing $176,000 drilling credit, significantly reducing Premier1's cash outlay.
