Full Summary

Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS) is pleased to announce that the Kariyarra Aboriginal Corporation Registered Native Title Body Corporate (KAC RNTBC) has formally submitted the detailed hydrogeological assessment (H3 Report) for the Kariyarra Water Scheme (KWS) to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. The H3 Report, prepared by Vysarn's wholly owned subsidiary Pentium Water, supports KAC RNTBC's application for a Section 5C groundwater licence of up to 10 GL per annum over 30 years under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 (WA). This licence will form part of the binding joint venture between the KAC RNTBC and Vysarn's wholly owned subsidiary Vysarn Asset Management (VAM) to investigate, assess, manage, own, extract and supply quantities of water from identified and secured water resources on Kariyarra country in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. VAM has continued to advance commercial discussions with prospective bulk water supply off-takers in the East Pilbara region, and has lodged a Registration of Interest with the Water Corporation to be a prospective supplier of bulk water to Port Hedland. In parallel, VAM has progressed other regulatory approvals required to develop the KWS, including environmental, local government, and land tenure approvals.
