GenusPlus Group Ltd has reported a record-breaking half-year, achieving growth across all segments of the business. The company's consolidated revenue increased by 60.8% to $535,416,624, while profit after tax increased by 81.6% to $24,877,106. The Group's normalised EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) grew by 69.1% to $46,287,725. The results reflect a combination of improved performance and integration of acquisitions completed in FY2025. All business segments delivered higher revenues and improved earnings. The Group is well positioned to benefit from Australia's energy transformation, with significant opportunities in the transmission network and renewable energy projects. The company has also declared an interim dividend of 2.0 cents per share, fully franked, for the half-year ended 31 December 2025.
The Group reported a 61% increase in total revenue from ordinary activities to $535,416,624 for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, compared to the prior corresponding period. Normalised Profit from ordinary activities after tax increased by 66% to $24,892,639, and Net Profit attributable to members increased by 82% to $24,877,106.
The Group is well positioned to participate in the delivery of the infrastructure required across Australia as the country transitions to new clean energy generation, which requires significant investment in the transmission network. The Group's orderbook and pipeline continue to grow, underpinning its ability to sustain continued growth.
