Comms Group delivers strong 1H FY26 results

Comms Group Ltd (ASX: CCG) has reported its 1H FY26 results, delivering strong organic revenue growth and improved profitability. Total revenue increased 39.2% to $37.6 million, driven by strong performance across all divisions, including the Global & Wholesale Unified Communications and Secure Managed IT Solutions businesses. Gross profit increased 36.6% to $17.8 million, with gross margins maintained at around 48%. Underlying EBITDA grew 87.3% to $4.5 million, representing a 310 bps increase in EBITDA margin to 12%. Underlying NPATA more than doubled to $1.8 million. The company signed $5.4 million in new annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the half, with strong sales performance across the business. The TasmaNet integration is progressing well, with network synergies approximately 50% complete. Comms Group remains on track to deliver its FY26 EBITDA target of $9-10 million on an annualised run-rate basis. The company also declared an interim dividend of 0.125 cents per share, fully franked.
Comms Group expects to maintain its revenue guidance of $75 million in annualised run-rate this financial year. The company is on track to deliver an EBITDA annualised run-rate of $9-10 million in FY26.
