Earlypay Ltd reported a statutory loss of $69k for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, compared to a profit of $1.251m in the prior period. The loss was driven by a number of non-operating expenses, including amortisation of customer relationships, early termination of a funding arrangement, external loan management system implementation costs, one-off personnel costs, and corporate activity costs. Adjusted profit after tax, which excludes these non-operating expenses, was $1.795m, down 31.5% from the prior period. Revenue was down 1% to $26.216m, while net income increased 5.7% to $18.154m. Operating expenses (excluding credit impairment) increased 14.3% to $16.983m, and credit impairment expense increased significantly to $1.064m. The Group's statement of financial position remained strong, with a surplus in net assets to net liabilities of $70.102m and net tangible assets to net liabilities of $38.072m as at 31 December 2025.
