The dividend record date is 23 March 2026, with payment to occur on 2 April 2026. This dividend follows Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining Proprietary Limited (Tshipi), declaring an interim dividend of ZAR200 million to shareholders for the first half of the financial year ended 30 June 2026 (FY2026). The FY2026 interim dividend of 0.55 cents per share is compared to the last three years of Jupiter's interim dividends (from FY2023 to FY2025). Jupiter's Managing Director Brad Rogers stated that this dividend continues a proud history of ongoing investor returns to Jupiter shareholders, made possible through the outstanding and continuing work of the Tshipi management team, working in concert with Tshipi shareholders. Jupiter looks forward to working with Exxaro, Jupiter's new co-investor at Tshipi, to continue to support and enhance investor returns going forward. The FY2026 interim dividend brings total dividends declared, since Jupiter listed in April 2018, to A$436 million (A$0.22 per share).
