Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) was pleased to officially welcome Minas Gerais Governor Zema to the Pilot Plant of its Caldeira Rare Earth Project. The Governor was joined by several local government officials and representatives, including the Mayor of Caldas, Mayor of Poços de Caldas, Mayor of Caconde, Chair of the Caldas Town Council, a Member of the State Parliament, and an Indigenous Leader. The visit to the Pilot Plant, along with the recent engagement with the Brazilian Vice-President and Minister of Development, Industry and Commerce, re-enforces the strong support the Caldeira Project has received across all levels of government within Brazil. The Pilot Plant continues to produce Mixed Rare Earth Carbonates at or above nameplate capacity and within specification, enabling Meteoric to provide bulk samples for evaluation testing by existing and prospective offtake partners, as well as downstream developers. The Pilot Plant also provides a platform for Meteoric to further assess pathways along the critical minerals supply chain, leading to downstream processing and strengthening of Brazil's industrial capabilities.

The Pilot Plant is a great example of how Meteoric's exceptional team has been able to quickly and efficiently deliver a solution which allows the company to rapidly progress the development of the Caldeira Project. The project also allows Meteoric to consider further downstream processing opportunities in Brazil at the onset of the development of this project.
