Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (EOS) has announced new US orders worth A$17m (US$12m) for Remote Weapon Systems (RWS). This includes a US$5m contract to develop and deliver enhanced RWS capability for the US Army, and a US$7m contract to produce Slinger RWS for Northrop Grumman's Agnostic Gun Truck. EOS has also provided an update on its conditional US$80m contract with a Korean counterparty (Goldrone) to manufacture and supply a 100kW High Energy Laser Weapon. The contract remains conditional on the customer making an initial deposit, procuring a letter of credit, and being satisfied with EOS' Singapore facility. Discussions during February and March 2026 have included the potential to manufacture the first unit in Korea, and EOS now believes the contract could be converted to unconditional in Q2 2026, although there is no certainty this will occur.
