EM Survey Confirms Conductor at Tillex Copper-Silver Project
Key Points
  • EM survey defines two significant conductors, including the Main Conductor coincident with high-grade copper-silver mineralization
  • Main Conductor extends strike length to 600m and depth to over 400m, 250m below deepest existing intersection
  • East Conductor exhibits strong conductivity and represents additional upside potential
Full Summary

Aruma Resources has completed an extensive ground-based fixed loop time domain electromagnetic (FLTDEM) survey over the Tillex Copper-Silver Project in the Timmins mining district, Ontario, Canada. The EM Survey has defined two significant conductive trends. The first is the Main Conductor, which encapsulates the Tillex Copper-Silver Deposit defined by previous drilling. The Main Conductor has extended the strike length of the Tillex Deposit to approximately 600m, an extension of 180m beyond the existing drill-defined mineralized zone, and importantly has extended the depth extent to at least 400m, which is 250m below the deepest existing copper-rich drill intersection. The second conductor is the East Conductor, located immediately east and deeper than the Main Conductor, exhibiting strong conductivity with a strike length of approximately 200m. Both conductors significantly expand the project's prospectivity for additional copper-silver mineralization and provide targets for Aruma's maiden drilling program, which is scheduled to commence this month and will incorporate downhole EM surveys to further refine and test the conductors, potentially at depths below 400m.

Outlook

Aruma is very excited by the outcomes of the EM survey, as it has delivered multiple coherent conductors that represent a compelling foundation for the company's maiden drilling program at the Tillex Copper-Silver Project, which is planned to commence this month.
