Tamboran Resources Corporation is announcing an equity raise to fund the development of its significant gas assets in the Beetaloo Basin, which has the potential to become a world-class gas province. The company has a substantial unconventional gas resource with 1.9 million (2.9 million post closing of Falcon acquisition) net prospective acres and is on track for first gas sales in 3Q 2026, with an opportunity for expansion in 2028. The infrastructure construction is 84% complete, supporting up to 50 MMcf/d, with 40 MMcf/d contracted to the Northern Territory Government under a fixed-price (annual CPI-escalated) take-or-pay contract until mid-2041. The acquisition of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. will increase Tamboran's pro forma interest across its core position, creating a company with over US$1.2 billion pro forma market capitalization and increasing liquidity. Tamboran has also announced a farmout with Daly Waters Energy relating to the Pilot Area and BCDA at similar economic terms to the DWE/INPEX transaction, representing a value premium to Tamboran's traded acreage value. The company has an accomplished operating team supported by an experienced Board and management, with a successful history of operating in the Beetaloo Basin.
