Continuous High-Grade Fluorspar Mineralisation Identified
- Initial channel sampling returns 12m @ 40.8% CaF2, including 1m @ 54.0% CaF2
- Demonstrates persistent high-grade fluorspar continuity across the exposed outcrop
- Geological indicators suggest potential for larger mineralised system at depth and along strike
OD6 Metals Ltd has announced the assay results from channel sampling completed as part of preliminary due diligence at the Mammoth Prospect, part of the Company's Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA. The channel sampling has highlighted the continuous and high-grade nature of fluorspar mineralisation at the project, with a 12m interval returning an average grade of 40.8% CaF2, including a peak of 54.0% CaF2 over 1m. The strong consistency of grades across the full 12m channel is a highly positive indicator for future exploration and potential resource definition. The Company plans to expand systematic channel and rock chip sampling, validate historic high-grade results, undertake detailed geological and structural mapping, complete soil geochemistry programs, identify and prioritise drill targets, initiate permitting for maiden drilling, and progress metallurgical testwork planning as part of its due diligence program. The results validate historic high-grade sample results and demonstrate the grade reliability and consistency within the large-scale fluorspar system at the Mammoth Prospect.
