Aruma Resources Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report
- Acquisition of high-grade Tillex Copper-Silver Project in Ontario, Canada completed
- Extensive EM survey at Tillex identified significant conductors, expanding exploration potential
- Maiden drilling campaign commenced at Tillex to expand high-grade copper mineralization
Aruma Resources Ltd (ASX: AAJ) has reported its activities for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. Key highlights include the completion of the acquisition of the Tillex Copper-Silver Project in Ontario, Canada, and the commencement of a maiden diamond drilling campaign at the project. The Tillex Project is a substantially drill-defined, high-grade copper sulphide asset with significant exploration potential. Previous drilling by the project's former owners consistently returned very large, shallow intersections of high-grade copper, including 110m @ 1.69% Cu and 7.05g/t Ag from 34m. Aruma's extensive ground-based electromagnetic (EM) survey at Tillex has defined two significant conductive trends, significantly expanding the project's prospectivity for additional copper-silver mineralization. The Main Conductor extended the strike length of the Tillex Deposit to approximately 600m and the depth extent to at least 400m, while the East Conductor exhibited strong conductivity immediately east of the deposit. Aruma has commenced its maiden diamond drilling campaign at Tillex, with an initial phase of approximately 1,500 metres, designed to extend the high-grade copper intersections along strike and at depth. Elsewhere, Aruma's exploration programs at the Wilan Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Project in South Australia and the Saltwater Project in Western Australia also delivered encouraging results. The Wilan Project sampling program confirmed the presence of high-value HMS assemblages containing zircon and titanium minerals, while the latest phase of soil sampling at the Saltwater Project expanded the interpreted mineralised footprints and identified priority targets.
