International Graphite Limited has received a Building Permit from the Shire of Collie, allowing earthworks and civil construction to commence at the Collie Micronising Facility. This achievement marks the second milestone in the $4.5 million grant from the Western Australian Government's Collie Industrial Transition Fund, enabling the drawdown of the next tranche of grant funds. The company's builder, Prosser Built, confirmed the Final Tender Price for construction, which is within 0.1% of the budget price prepared for the 2025 FEED study. The project is on schedule to achieve mechanical completion in Q2 2027 within the capital cost estimate of $8.0 million. As Collie progresses toward production, customer engagement has expanded with strong interest from Australian and north Asian customers and trading groups seeking new supply sources for graphite products.
