GA8 Announces High-Grade Gold Intercepts at Mt Stirling
- Mt Stirling grade control drilling delivers high-grade intercepts
- Ten intercepts of 7m or greater confirm wide, consistent ore envelope
- High-grade shoots identified, extending into the eastern sector
GoldArc Resources (ASX:GA8) has reported the fifth batch of assay results from the grade control drilling program at the Mt Stirling gold deposit in Western Australia. The results include broad, high-grade intercepts across the eastern sector, with one interval exceeding 10 meters returning grades above the deposit's Indicated Mineral Resource grade of 2.1g/t Au. Ten intercepts of 7 meters or greater were recorded, several of which carry grades above the deposit resource average. The program confirms a wide and continuous ore envelope that underpins robust mine plan development. The 34,000m grade control program is fully funded by BML Ventures Pty Ltd under a 50/50 net profit share arrangement.
The ongoing grade control drilling program is expected to provide further data to optimize the mine plan and potential open-pit development.
