Beacon Minerals Limited has announced a significant shareholder return initiative, comprising a fully franked cash dividend of $0.10 per share and a special dividend via an in-specie distribution of 36,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Forrestania Resources Limited (FRS). The total value of the return is approximately $30.4 million. The cash dividend will be paid in Australian dollars, while the in-specie distribution will be fully franked for Australian taxation purposes. The distribution is expected to represent approximately 0.303 FRS shares per BCN share on issue on the record date. The distribution dividend is valued at approximately $18.54 million based on the closing price of FRS shares on 17 June 2026.
