Catherine Cohen has advised her intention to resign as a non-executive director effective 31 December 2024. With this change, Chief Executive Officer Zsofi Paterson has been elevated to the role of Managing Director, reflecting her strategic leadership and deep understanding of the Company's vision and operations. Zsofi will join James Warburton and US-based non-executive Directors Mike Rothman and Andrew Silverberg on a slimmed-down, growth-focused board. As announced on 14 November 2024, James Warburton will replace Chantale Millard as Chair when she resigns as non-executive director and Chair on 31 December 2024. Outgoing Chair Chantale Millard said, 'I would like to thank Catherine for her positive contributions to the significant changes achieved in the Tinybeans business since joining the board with me in February 2023. After having completed the business reset and refresh of the board, we both leave the Company in a much-improved position for growth. I have great confidence in the new board. I wish them every success, and I look forward to watching Tinybeans thrive.' James Warburton commented, 'We are really excited about 2025. Over the past year, the Directors and CEO have done a lot of work to set the base for growth. The board and executive are now laser-focused on these growth objectives and maximising the performance of the Company for the benefit of all shareholders.'
