DXN Limited ('DXN' or 'the Company'), a prefabricated modular data centre specialist, has announced a key contract signing with a state-owned enterprise of the Republic of Kiribati. The $0.6 million contract is with BwebwerikiNET Limited (BNL), a Republic of Kiribati State Owned Enterprise, specifically with Kiribati's Ministry of Information, Communication and Transport. The project with BNL is focused on improving internet connectivity for Micronesia and adds to the East Micronesia Cable System (EMCS), a joint initiative of the Governments of the Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Kiribati and Republic of Nauru. BNL operates and maintains the Southern Cross NEXT Submarine Cable Landing Station (CLS) in Tabwakea, Kiritimati, Kiribati. Under the contract, DXN has been appointed to design, build and install a Colocation Module and an Office Module. DXN will commence the design and build components of the project at the Company's Perth factory, with an expected completion date during 2025. This contract win further cements DXN's leading position within the broader Pacific Islands region and increases the Company's FY25 year-to-date (YTD) Project Wins to approximately $1.8 million.
