Domino's Pizza Enterprises Announces Leadership Transition

Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd (ASX:DMP) is undergoing a significant leadership change, with the announcement that ANZ CEO Kerri Hayman will step down in August 2025 after an impressive 37-year career with the company.

Ms. Hayman has been a driving force behind Domino's success in Australia and New Zealand, and her departure marks the end of an era. However, the company has moved swiftly to appoint an experienced successor, with Greg Steenson, a former franchise partner, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Australia, effective immediately.

Steenson is no stranger to Domino's, having been recognized as a Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year, ANZ Manager of the Year, and recipient of multiple leadership awards. His transition from franchising to leading the company's corporate store turnaround in 2022 has clearly impressed the Domino's leadership team, paving the way for his promotion to this crucial role.
