Repatriation of Cash and Expanded Licensing Deal Highlight Busy Day for ASX-Listed Companies
US Masters Residential Property Fund has repatriated US$40 million of available cash held by its US subsidiary, with further announcements on capital management to be made. The company, a listed stapled entity, stated it will keep investors updated as decisions are finalized.
Mach7 Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise imaging solutions, has signed a 5-year licence agreement amendment with a longstanding key customer - a large US-based radiology marketplace. The revised deal, worth a total contract value of A$5 million, represents a A$3 million increase over the original agreement and extends the previous subscription licence by three years. Mach7 CEO Mike Lampron noted the agreement demonstrates the company's focus on building lasting customer relationships and the strength of its "land and expand" strategy.
Motio Ltd, a digital place-based media company, has provided an investor update highlighting strong trading conditions. The company reported record quarterly revenue of around A$2.6 million in Q4, with the health vertical being the standout performer, growing 26% year-on-year. Motio has also accelerated its debt reduction, repaying A$1.3 million of its oOh!media loan this year, enabling a reduction in future interest payments. Looking ahead, the company expects to report estimated media revenue of A$9.3 million and cash EBITDA of A$1.9 million+ for the 10-week trading period, representing year-on-year increases of 33% and 308%, respectively.
Rounding out the day's news, lighting solutions provider FOS Capital Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of Aldridge Traffic Systems, with all conditions precedent now satisfied. The company has also provided a revised timetable for the trading halt, placement, and allotment of new shares related to the transaction.
Lastly, AML3D Limited, a leading provider of advanced wire-arc additive manufacturing technology, has officially opened its new U.S. Technology Facility in Stow, Ohio. The facility represents a significant milestone in strengthening America's defense manufacturing capabilities and supporting the AUKUS partnership, with a focus on producing large-scale metal components for the Virginia-class submarine program and other critical defense and energy infrastructure projects.
