Vanguard Announces Estimated Distribution Amounts Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd has announced the estimated distribution amounts and distribution timetable for various Vanguard Australian Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). The estimated distributions range from 20.2226 cents per unit for the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets Shares ETF (VGE) to 399.9900 cents per unit for the Vanguard MSCI Australian Small Companies Index ETF (VSO). The ex-distribution date is 1 July 2025, the record date is 2 July 2025, and the payment date is 16 July 2025. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is available for all the ETFs.

Neuren Pharmaceuticals Granted US Patent for NNZ-2591 Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX: NEU) announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has allowed Neuren's patent application covering the use of NNZ-2591 to treat Pitt Hopkins syndrome (PTHS), a rare and serious neurodevelopmental disorder with no approved treatments. The patent will expire in April 2040. Neuren plans to discuss the next steps in the development program for NNZ-2591 in PTHS with the FDA.

X2M Secures $1M in New South Korea Contracts Australian IoT company X2M Connect Limited (ASX:X2M) has secured new contracts for water meter monitoring and control in South Korea worth a total of approximately A$1 million. The new contracts are for the cities of Yongin and Gimcheon and the county of Gapyeong, covering a total of 7,806 households. The total value of contracts X2M has secured in South Korea during the fourth quarter of FY25 and scheduled for delivery before December 2025 now exceeds $5.5 million.

XRG Raises $2M via Successful Placement xReality Group Limited (ASX:XRG) has announced that it has successfully raised $2 million via a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds will be used to support the continued commercial expansion of Operator XR, the company's flagship virtual reality training platform.

Xero Completes $1.85B Institutional Placement Xero Limited (ASX: XRO) has announced the successful completion of its A$1.85 billion (US$1.2 billion) fully underwritten institutional placement. The proceeds will be used to fund Xero's acquisition of Melio Limited, a US-based small business payments platform. Xero will also offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate in a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan, targeting to raise around A$200 million.
